The service
VolleyRoster is a free browser-based tool for planning volleyball rotations, printing player references, and tracking matches. It is provided by doubleM “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Your data
Without an account, what you create stays in your browser. If you sign in, your teams and matches are stored in your account, so they are there on every device you use, and only you can see them. Nothing you enter is published: there is no link that carries a roster. You remain responsible for the player information you enter and for any file you choose to pass on. No guarantees of outcomes
Diagrams and legality checks are a teaching model. VolleyRoster does not guarantee rule compliance, coaching outcomes, tournament eligibility, match results, or that every federation or age-level variation is implemented. Your league or tournament rulebook controls when it differs. Official sources are linked from the guides and About page.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful coaching and learning purposes. Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site; do not use it to misrepresent affiliation with governing bodies; and do not upload or share content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The VolleyRoster name, site design, and original software belong to doubleM. You keep rights to the roster data you enter. Do not copy the product wholesale or present it as your own service.

Questions about these terms, or reports of inaccurate guide content, can be sent through the contact page. Material corrections to rule guides are reflected with an updated review date on the page when those guides change.
